Booking notes The weekly rate includes: 7 nights accommodation, initial and final cleaning, laundry (linen and towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, gas, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, wifi internet.
A 30% down payment is required to ensure your reservation (non refundable) and the rest 4 weeks before arrival on our bank account.
A security deposit of 400 € is required which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages on the property.
